Telephone Screening

Our Telephone Screening solution was created to offer hiring managers greater insight into the experience and motivations of your candidates, beyond what is on their CV.

We will conduct initial telephone interviews with the very best applicants for your role and assess their suitability by asking the key questions agreed in advance with you. We will then provide you with detailed feedback on each candidate including a breakdown of the answers given. This will ensure you have a greater insight prior to arranging interviews.
