EPSCO delivers the highest standards in water system cleanliness and performance. With an outstanding record of customer service throughout its 20 year history, they use a combination of innovative techniques and highly trained staff to identify and eliminate key issues associated with industrial and potable water systems.

As a result, EPSCO have a constant need to recruit top talent across a number of different roles and were keen to maximise efficiencies through lower costs without reducing quality. However, having tried a fixed fee recruiter before without finding much success, they decided to try us as an alternative provider.

Our Solution:

As we undertake fully-branded, optimised adverts, they decided to give us a try. Following initial success, they purchased a number of additional credits from us, in particular to find quality people for multiple Technical Team Leader and Site Operative roles.

To date, they have been delighted with the results and have seen a 311% increase in applications. They have recruited 6 people for the Technical Team Leader roles from just one advert. Similarly, for the Site Operative roles, they have received 60 quality candidate applications with an expectation of appointing 10 people – all from just one advert.
