Home Instead Senior Care is a world leading private home care company founded in 1994. They are the UK’s leading  quality home care company with over 200 offices delivering more than 6 million hours of quality care to over 21,000  clients and employing over 13,000 people on an annual basis.

Like many businesses in this sector, Home Instead are constantly looking for talent to enable them to grow as a business and ensure they can offer more clients the care they required. As a result, they found themselves recruiting  few employees on a regular basis, predominantly through Facebook.

We provided the Altrincham branch of Home  Instead Senior Care with the opportunity to optimise their recruitment process and enabled them to find the right quality people in a shorter time period but in a very cost-effective way.

Our Solution:

Through our fixed-fee advertising service, we perfected, optimised, and posted Home Instead’s Care Giver job advertisements across all of the UK’s top job boards for the same price as posting to just one job board directly. Home Instead Senior Care also used our CV Search service, so we were also able to proactively generate candidates for them which met their criteria.
